Thanks to everyone who was able to attend last week's informational meeting. For those unable to attend, a summary of the meeting will follow at the end of this post.
Our first meeting will take place after school on October 17. During dismissal, fencers should report to room 6 (Ms. Natalie's class) to sign in. Please send your child with appropriate attire (workout clothes and gym shoes). We will be meeting from 3-5pm. If you need to pick your child up before 5pm, please go through the Battey Street entrance (Pryme Tyme). Otherwise, I will dismiss all fencers at the front. There will be a sign-out sheet, so please make sure to check with me before you leave! Finally, for the first few meetings, I would like to see both beginning and returning fencers attend so that I can work out groups if we need to have separate classes. All fencers should attend our sessions on October 17, 19, and 24. After the 24th, I will make a decision about multiple classes. At the moment, I am leaning towards having veteran fencer classes on Tuesdays and beginner classes on Thursdays. Meeting Summary:
If you have any questions, or if I missed anything from the meeting, please feel free to contact me at [email protected] or leave a reply to this post.

AuthorMy name is Robert Anderson and I am a K-3 teacher at Charles Ellis Montessori Academy. I have been fencing for about 6 years and thought it would be great to share my knowledge and experience with students throughout our school! Archives
